We work with Band, Orchestra, Vocal, Dance and Theater students with any type of solo or ensemble. We have experience working with groups of any size so whether you are a soloist, trio, jazz ensemble, concert choir or any other type of ensemble we can help. From beginners in their first year of study to adults with many years of experience, our Pros share insights that help students develop their artistry and elevate their performances. Our programs run all year long so you can apply at any time.
Solo and Ensemble Festival taken to a new level!
Many of you have participated in traditional Solo and Ensemble Festivals in your local school district. You select a piece of music from a list and perform as a soloist or with a group. A local judge watches your performance and fills out your score and comment sheet.
Our Solo and Ensemble Festival takes things up a notch in several ways. First, there are no pre-written lists of songs you have to pick from, you can perform anything you like. Whether it’s a string quartet, dramatic monologue, dance routine, show choir performance or anything else, we can use whatever you choose to perform to help you. Next, there is no deadline, you can keep practicing until you are ready to perform. If you get nervous, no problem, you can start over and re-record your performance to showcase your best effort. Next, a professional performer watches your performance and gives you tips to step up your game! We often think “If I had learned this 20 years ago it would have been a game changer” and that is the type of thing we want to pass on to you. We all started just like you and we are eager to share what we’ve learned thru many years of study and performing.
